Carolyn is a thought leader in the Life Sciences space, currently focusing on EY’s “Health 3.0”, or “Pharma 3.0”. Health 3.0 will create a new health ecosystem, re-framing important conversations to lead critical stakeholders (including payors, providers, life sciences companies, governments and patients) in understanding how best to realign incentives, policies and practices to promote improved health outcomes for patients at a sustainable cost. This will involve new partnerships with non-traditional players and economic benefits for health care systems. To create the new business models that will redefine the industry, a new customer-focused strategy is needed.
